ASSOCIATION OF JERSEY ARCHITECTS

Celebrating 60 Years Promoting Local Architects

A visual identity for AOJA

Association of Jersey Architects were established in 1961 promoting local architects working to global standards.

US worked with Chair Alison Horton to develop a visual identity to mark 60 years of the Association.

We had fun researching into the sixties era including graphic designers of the period, and popular typefaces in use at the time.
We used the typeface Marvin Visions for the ‘6’ and ‘0’ - published 1969, adding some creative flair to emphasise the modern movement of the time.

We created a modular identity which could be stacked for different purposes including signage and installations.

The brand was rolled out across print and digital media, including signage and a social campaign.
