The Soane development takes it name from the renowned 18th century architect Sir John Soane who was involved in the design of the original building in c1810. Located in cosmopolitan St Helier in Jersey, the development comprises of two buildings which meet in a central courtyard and is set over five floors.

US designed the brand identity, marketing material and marketing campaign working closely with The Palladium Group and The Mortgage Shop.

Site of the architectural plans inspired the branding to create a word mark made up of two parts to form the letter ’S’.

Aimed at first time buyers and investors the branding is contemporary focusing on only one colour and photography featuring generation z apartment living. A bronze palette was chosen conveying sunsets to be enjoyed on the balcony and within the courtyard. 

The contemporary look extends to the marketing folder where we chose a high end metallic and UV finishes. This also emphasises the high end finishes of the interior architecture. The team also developed other promotional material including fact sheets, hoarding and signage which adorned the outside.
