Les Hoûmets Care Home
Having established themselves in Jersey as one of the most trusted and oldest care homes, Les Hoûmets Care Home approached us to give their brand styling, digital and advertising the same level of love and care they show their residents.
After visiting Les Hoûmets and a brand clarity session with the founder and staff we explored the concept 'Celebrating age' to reflect the laughter, love and care received by the residents.
As a team we researched, brainstormed and developed a unique, yet warm, brand styling that set Les Hoûmets apart from their competitors. We worked with photographer Glen Perotte who photographed the homes real life details to capture the warmth and care of the home. We strengthened the brand colours and the logo adding a strapline 'Excellence in Care', as well as creating a signature pattern.
The website had a complete redesign that had userbility for both young and old in mind. The brand was also rolled out in print, with branded stationary, hamper packs for perspective residents and internal documents.
We rolled out a marketing plan that involved targeted advertising in Wellbeing World, Liberty Bus, Grouville Gazzette, Google AdWords, and a welcome hamper pack to prospective residents.
The exterior of the care home itself got a bit of a maker over with fresh new signage externally and internally, along with the vehicles and vans that are a part of the home.
