The JAA Roadshow
Jersey Alzheimer’s Association launched a new campaign in 2019 to raise awareness amongst potential service users. Although having a prominent base in town the aim of the campaign was to reach out to people who may have trouble leaving their country parish or those who rarely go into town, and make them aware of the JAA services. We decided on an initiative called Parish Pursuits; each month the ‘JAA Roadshow’ would visit a different parish hall with a pop-up showcase roadshow.
JAA asked Üs Creatives to get involved to create the Parish Pursuits design concept that would be used across all print and digital media.
Our concept visually represented a typical Jersey Parish showing different aspects of the Jersey landscape. We created a simplistic style illustration, drawn in-house, paired with a straightforward talky style headline.
The Parish Pursuits first event took place at the end of January 2019 at St Clement’s Parish Hall. It was a great success with over 50 potential service users attending to find out more about how JAA can help islanders affected by dementia.
Look out for the JAA Roadshow coming to your parish over the next year!
